Title:  Beijing open trials for Dow Jones torting copyrights
The little "Tao" used as trade mark by Dow Jones is showed the same as the one Guan Dongsheng creats on the court in Beijing on July 16, 2003. Trial for Chinese artist Guan Dongsheng sueing Dow Jones corporate tort his copyrights by using one of his Chinese handwriting "Tao" as commercial purpose, opened on July 16th, 2003, Beijing, China. The plaintiff Guan Dongsheng said he presented one of his Chinese handwriting "Tao" to Peter Kann, president of Dow Jones Corporate as a gift in 1994, purely for the purpose of furthering relationship of Sino-America. Yet Dow Jones used the "Tao" handwriting as a trade mark in Feb.2002.

Title:  China Expects football match with Real Madrid
A big advertisement board about the coming Real Madrid vs China Allstars Team football match was erected on the street of Guangzhou City, capital of Guangdong provonce on July 21, 2003. The Real Madrid Club will arrive in Kuming City, capital of Southwestern China's Yunnan Province on July 25. After about a week's training in Kunming, the club will come to Beijing for a friend match with Chinese Allstars Team on Auguest 2, 2003. All Chinese people are looking forward to the match.

Till July 12, water level of Huai River exceeds danger line. Most towns and cities along Huai River in Anhui Province and Jiangsu Province are faced floods. Nearly one million residents withdrew from their homestead to aviod the floods.
